Red rooibos: is high in antioxidants, trace minerals and an abundance of nutrients, making it a beneficial part of the daily diet. This plant is well known for bone healing and support, heart health, and skin health. It is beneficial to those with diabetes and can help prevent the onset of type II diabetes. It is anti-allergy as well as antispasmodic, the latter helping to ease stomach cramping.  This tea is often recommended to remedy colic or stomach upset in young children. The flavor is delicate and naturally sweet with a warm scent. Contraindication: because red rooibos is so powerful in its affect, it can be interruptive to other treatments, especially in cases of cancer treatment such as chemotherapy.

Coconut: is highly nutritious and has a large variety of health benefits. It contains high levels of lauric acid which, when converted to monolaurin by our bodies, quite literally disintegrates and kills viruses. Coconut meat is currently being studied as a preventative for neurological diseases, and has already proven to protect against heart disease and stroke. It is believed that a diet high in coconut is the reason that native peoples of Papua New Guinea and New Zealand have never had an incident of stroke or heart disease.

Goji berry: the health benefits of this fruit are many. They include: diabetes and cholesterol control, protective of the liver, heart, skin (from UV rays), and brain cells, immune strengthening, improves vision, improves sperm quality, anti-cancer, improves gastrointestinal function, improves quality of sleep, reduces fatigue, and improves neurological and psychological function... just to name a few.

Vanilla: this bean pod is the second more expensive spice/herb in the world after saffron. This is due to the painstaking process that takes vanilla from an orchid that blooms just one day each year, to hand pollination on that day, to harvesting at just the right moment, and on to an elaborate process to insure maximum fragrance and taste. Vanilla is warming, and can also help sooth an upset stomach.
