△ The fire symbol is imbued into our Dragon Fire tincture for its mental and physical transformative actions and meanings. Physiological fire is experienced as metabolic or aerobic activity, tuning and balancing the body, bringing it towards balance, health and efficiency. Psychologically, fire or burning is a natural humbling process as well as an igniting of introspection and self evaluation. From an ecological and medicinal standpoint, fire results in the creation or formation of a healthy, livable self and surrounding environment.

Wood betony:  is a very important and ancient herb, used during the Middle Ages for calming those thought to be suffering from psychiatric disorders. It is still used today for its gut and brain-based nervine properties, thus promoting gut intuition, reducing hysteria, and generally working as an anti-anxiety and anti-insomnia herb.  This herb is also effective as a pain and fever reducer.

Turmeric: is anti-inflammatory, benefiting arthritis pain and heart disease. This spice enhances wound healing, promotes bone health, and relieves pain directly. It is also successfully and traditionally used to treat digestive and liver problems.

Myrrh: is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, great for digestion, is warming and used to relieve arthritis in cold joints, and so, so much more. In general myrrh is soothing and healing to damaged or inflamed skin or tissue when used both internally and topically.

Feverfew: is utilized to treat migraines, arthritic pain, face and ear aches including tinnitus, and pain associated with inflammation.

Cayenne: has been very effective at treating heart arrhythmia. It improves blood flow to the heart, and promotes blood circulation. This warming chili relieves pain by depletes substance-P, which is the pain receptor-neurotransmitter in the nerve endings.
