Plantain: is medically approved by the German Commission for inflammation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa and is also topically used to treat cuts, bug bites, wounds, hemorrhoids, neuralgic conditions, bruises and stings.

Calendula: is highly beneficial for skin disorders, including sunburn, scars, hotspots, rash, and abrasions/scratches. Its astringent properties helps to tighten the skin, thus protecting it and controlling any skin inflammation. This flower is also used to ease aches and sprains.

Yarrow: received its Latin name Achillea from the Greek hero legend Achilles. It is said that Achilles's mother, holding Achilles by the ankle, dipped him into the river Styx so to make him invulnerable. Achilles persevered in many battles, using yarrow to treat the wounds of other soldiers. Some time later Achilles died from a wound to his heel, as his heel was the one part of his body that did not enter the river Styx. Yarrow is often used as a poultice or in skin healing products to help heal and stop the bleeding of minor wounds. Internally, these flowers are used to sooth spastic discomfort of the gastrointestinal tract, and to support a healthy appetite.

Chaparral: is antioxidant with analgesic and vaso-depressant properties. It also increases vitamin C levels in the adrenals, and has been used to treat skin cancer, and alleviate symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

Black walnut: is astringent and thus tightens tissue, protecting the skin and controlling inflammation and itching. This leaf is also used to treat eczema or other itchy, inflammatory skin issues. Additonally, it is antibacterial, anti-parasitic, and insect repelling.

Olive: is a cold-pressed oil that, like sunflower oil, is high in oleic acid. This constituent is protective against and healing of inflammatory and autoimmune disease, cancers, infection, and healing of a variety of inflammatory skin issues.

Frankincense: is antiseptic and astringent, a combination that makes it anti-aging to the skin. It is reported to remove micro-wrinkles around the eyes, reduce or remove sun spots and generally tightens and tones the skin all over the body. It also is effective at replacing old or dying cells with new, healthy ones. Frankincense has been well known for its healing powers and ability to improve communication with the creator in the Middle East, documented as such for thousands of years before it was made a gift to Christ by the Magi. There are well over 50 references to frankincense in the Bible, and Egyptian records reflect its use in perfumes, embalming agents and cosmetics. The Chinese traditionally used frankincense to treat leprosy.

Vetiver: is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and used to treat arthritis, rheumatism, muscle aches and drying or cracking of the skin.

Lavender: these flowers are antiseptic, antibacterial, stress and headache reducing, and the essential oil is used in aromatherapy to treat cases of trauma and depression, as well as on the skin to heal burns and cuts. It is generally calming, relaxing and promotes sleep.

Beeswax: from local Pacific Northwest bees is pure, filtered and moisturizing for all skin types, including those with skin sensitivities.

Vitamin E: this oil is vacuum distilled from non-GMO vegetable fats. It's high concentration of antioxidants makes it great for repairing the skin, as well as to maximize any oil-based products' freshness in which it is added.
